The 24 November is a day we will always remember. We had a day full of celebrities. At our KGVI session a couple of members of the Zimbabwe cricket team came to volunteer with us! Head Coach Mr Heath Streak brought Chris Mpofu and Brian Chari to side walk and Darlington, the Zimbabwe Cricket Team’s media adviser, took a few photos, here they are! The kids loved this visit from these Zimbabwean sports stars, especially Lucky who was lucky enough to be given the gift of Chris’s cap! We were all fighting him for it……

A big thank you to Heath, Darlington, Chris and Brian for the honour of their presence at our session, you made some special kids very happy. We wish them all the best in the current series, against Sri Lanka and West Indies, we’ll be rooting for you!

We also had a visit from Mr Nigel Philps from Profeeds, one of our monthly sponsors, who came, together with Ross,from Harare, to watch our session. Thank you for taking the time to come and watch the kids, we appreciate it. and a big thank you to Profeeds for their monthly sponsorship.

Aileen, Nadine, Jess and Charlotte also spent an the afternoon amongst celebrities in Harare, where Charlotte was privileged to attend a clinic held by Zimbabwe’s Sportswoman of the Year, and role model to the Zimbabwe riding community, Camilla Kruger, who competed in Rio this year representing Zimbabwe. Thank you for taking the time to pass your knowledge on to our girls Camilla! We feel really privileged.
